Do I need an account?
No. KeepWords works without signing up, and your words stay on your device.
How do I move my words to a new phone?
On your old phone, go to Settings → Export my words and save the file. On the new phone, use Settings → Import words and pick that file. Words you already have are skipped, so importing twice does not create duplicates.
Why doesn't translation work?
Translation and dictionary definitions need an internet connection. Reading words aloud and everything else works offline.
I'm not getting review reminders.
Check that notifications are allowed for KeepWords in your phone's settings, and that review reminders are turned on in Settings in the App.
How do I change my ad consent?
If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, go to Settings → Privacy options.
